Well, I'm a non-traditional, non-purist metalsmith.
Beginning in the summer of 2000 I started forging using only very basic equipment and techniques. I still do!
I use several styles of forging from a natural hardwood charcoal forge outside in the sun, to a propane gas fired forge in my inside shop. Fully hammer finished or ground on a grinder, I'm never very concerned how I get there as long as it's where I want to end up!
Forging unique, well made and practical wares is what I pride myself on.
